These workshops were part of the competitive project: Contextualized strategies for recruiting technical talent for local governments in the Barcelona area.

On 12th May 2022, we carried out a workshop using the Lego Serious Play Methodology to identify the expectations of architecture students for working in public administration.

On 13th May 2022, we carried out, again, a workshop using the Lego Serious Play Methodology to identify the expectations of engineering students for working in public administration.

Ultimately, we were able to compare the similarities and differences between these two kinds of students when searching for jobs in public administration.
