I’m an associate professor in Business Analytics and Management, specialized in People Management, in the Department of Management at the University Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech.
I’m director of the UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management, and coordinator of the Master’s Degree on Technology and Engineering Management, and the MBA in Business Analytics.
I’m also co-founder and member of the Laboratory for the development of technical talent - TechTalebt-Lab, whose mission is to deepen the understanding of management-related issues regarding technical talent in organizations and translate this knowledge into practical solutions for companies.
On one hand, my current research focuses on workforce analytics, talent management, and educational innovation. On the other hand, I’m teaching courses such as tools for decision making, Business Analytics, Leading Teams, Project Management, and Entrepreneurship for World Challenges.
